the staff were super friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was on point, and i loved the tech in the room. got an early check-in which was a nice surprise. location is fab, close to tube and food spots!
the room was way too small for two people, and the shower pressure was really low. could've used a little more space to move around for sure.

The room sizes are absurdly cramped!!! Privacy in the frosted glass bathrooms is almost non-existent, making shared stays a bit awkward!!! A solid upgrade in room size and functionality would be greatly appreciated!!!

Cozy Stay with a Great Central Location
I enjoyed a modern room with daylight streaming through the window, which instantly elevated my mood. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the city, and I appreciated the friendly staff. Don't miss out on the onsite cafe for a quick bite before heading out!

The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the room was quite small, making it challenging to move around comfortably, and the air conditioning could use improvement. It's a decent choice for a short stay, especially for solo travelers.

I had a nice stay, especially enjoying the cozy Queen room and the complimentary coffee station that was always stocked. The relaxed lounge area and comfortable reading nook were perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The bathroom could've used a few more hooks for towels, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

Awesome location, tiny rooms!
So, we stayed here for 6 nights and the location was just perfect. tons of restaurants nearby! The staff were super helpful. But man, the rooms were tiny. You could turn around in bed and hit the shower. Plus, breakfast options were really limited. The bar/lounge area was nice, though. Wouldn't want to stay more than a night with all that luggage!

Great spot for families to unwind
This place was just perfect for my family's needs. The staff were always around with a smile, and they helped us out when we needed a late checkout after a tiring day of sightseeing.
The price was a bit steep, but honestly, considering the experience, it was still reasonable.

Centrally located near all the hotspots, making it easy to pop into nearby cafes or bars after a long day. The lobby features comfy seating, perfect for winding down or planning your next adventure in the surrounding area.
Rooms are decidedly tiny, particularly the 'Z Inside Double' without a window. Navigating space becomes a game of Tetris, especially if you're sharing—two people having to coordinate just to move around can feel overly cramped. The lack of adequate storage for larger bags adds to the frustration, and those with claustrophobia should proceed with caution. the frosted glass bathroom walls compromise privacy, turning a necessary experience into an awkward one, especially with roommates. Some might find the air conditioning to be louder than ideal for sleep, contributing to an overall distraction.

Would recommend for a cursory stop
Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to the Holborn tube station just 5 minutes away, making it a great stay for theatre nights.
Not a single complaint.
